Peter Pan

2/16/2017
5th and 6th grade students put on a playful rendition of Peter Pan - the tale that never ages. Students, parents, faculty and friends fell under the magical spell of Neverland brought to life by our delightful student actors. The students had been practicing for weeks, and were excited to share their adventures with Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Tinker Bell, Wendy, and the Lost Boys.

Ms. Adenekan, the Director says, "Theater for the Middle School is meant to be fun and carefree. In this particular show, the teens are playing children much younger than themselves. They embrace the spirit of the play and make-believe. It does not take many lights/ props/ costumes etc. to capture the imagination of children. It is in this spirit that this show was designed."

8th grade students sold concessions - baked goods, water and long-stem roses - to benefit their Service Learning project, Kiran Anjali, a Bay Area nonprofit that supports 3 schools in India.
