Getting StartedThank you for your interest in St. Matthew's Episcopal Day School. As a parent, you have a choice and the opportunity to choose a school that is right for your child. Our goal at St. Matthew's is to help parents with this selection process and to make the best possible match for the student and the School. St. Matthew's Episcopal Day School believes that a truly educated person is one who grows spiritually, academically, morally, culturally and physically to the full extent of his or her individual capabilities. In order to provide a solid foundation for life-long learning, the School offers a rigorous, academically enriched, traditional course of study reinforced by Christian principles. Our program provides individual attention within a compassionate, supportive learning environment. Each student's family plays an important role in the education process; therefore, a high level of family participation in School activities is expected. We look forward to welcoming you to St. Matthew's in the near future. ![]() Linda Handalian Director of Admission ![]() When to Apply• The admission process for enrollment in the next school year runs from September through March of the previous year, with decision letters mailed in mid-March. • Applications for the 2009 - 2010 school year will be available beginning September 2, 2008. • Please note: The School accepts late applications year round for classes where space is available.
